Auto format Number of pages in footer.

I understanding how to use sections, start / continue numbering from previous
sections, linking etc, but I can't figure out how to get the number of pages
(total) to start from say page 3, (ie the number of pages in a document may
be 30, but I want page 1 and 2 to be page 1 of 2 and page 2 of 2, then page 3
to be page 1 of 28 etc....

You have to use a calculated field: { = { NUMPAGES } - 2 }
