Auto generate letter(s) IN ACCESS

I need to build a small db where cust details are entered along with products
ordered and once the order entry in completed i want the db to autogenerate a
letter or several from a pool depending on the different products ordered, is
this possible?

Yes.

For a more detailed answer, please post a more detailed question; what is this
pool? How do the products affect the resulting letter? Do you mean a letter
like "K" or "M", or something you'ld put in a mailing envelope (a Report would
be the preferred tool)?

Jason,

To answer your question, it is possible to autogenerate a letter and perhaps
several letters BUT depending on your parameters it could be no, not like
that. For instance, do you want to grab the first three letters of a
product and/or Client name, do you just want to grab the next letter in the
alphabet, do you want to grab a combination of the both?

So tell us what you are trying to do and we can give you a more specific
answer and perhaps even an example ot two...
