auto generation of calendar items

Is there any easy way to have Outlook automatically generate multipe
calendar items based on a single entry. E.g. If I calendar X today
Outlook will calendar Y in 10 days, Z in 30 days, AA on 45 days, etc.
etc. ?

I know there are lots of value added packages for law firms, etc., but
it seems Outlook should be powerful enough to accomplish this. Maybe
through macro?

Any help is appreciate.
