Auto height defect

We now have Arial and Times New Roman defect when having the text box
properties set to Auto for height. So far only one machine out of five have
this behavior. It is bumping the font size up 2 sizes. State of Illinois
requires Times New Roman size 12 on certain financial forms. Any thoughts on
what would cause size 14 to display when we have it published at size 12?

One of the first things we checked was that. Both PCs have the same settings
in that area. We now can add checkboxes to this auto height defect.
