Auto highlighting text frames

I'm creating a publication for training and I want to create a text frame
that highlights automatically when clicked like the heading of a Quick
Publication.

If I wasn't clear, I want the text contents to highlight, not the frame itself.

Can't be done. A workaround would be to open a template copy/paste the text
boxes.
