AUTO Input Data in multiple fields when one field is changed

I'm using Access 2000 to maintain a Safety Database of all discrepancies we
find onbaord ship. I have a Look-Up table that contains all of the Space
Information and I would like to be able to have this information
automatically entered on my discrepancy form whenever the Location field on
my form loses focus. How do I go about setting this up?
