auto internet cut off after download necessary as is needs 200mns

When I tried to down load updates for MS office, it needed 207 mins. I had to
leave the office and can not wait that long. I have dial up connection. If
the internet connection can be cut off after down load I can allow the down
load to continue as the internet will not be on continuouly till I come to
office again. Thanks
