Auto log on in WinXP

I am the only one using this computer.
My OS is WinXP, but when I turn on my computer it askes me to type my
password and user name everytime.

I went to user account, but all options were disable. It askes me to
uninstall Client Services for NetWare... Whatever that's suppose to mean...

plz help

are on a broadband, you should be logging in with a strong password to help
prevent unauthorized access.

Only an administrator has the required permissions. Try logging on to the
machine as the local administrator in order to make any changes.
