Auto Lookup Query in a Form

I am using an auto lookup query to fill in fields on a form. When I have the
index in the table set to yes (Duplicates OK) the form fills in correctly.
If I change the index to yes- No duplicates then the fields in the form do
not auto fill unless I press f9. Is there a way to not allow duplicates and
get automatic updating?
