Hi All
We use Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000. Is there away to
automatically generate an e-mail when we create a new
mailbox?
For instance, when we have a new start, we want to include
a list of IT's Do's and Dont's (i.e use the helpdesk do
not ring us) and anything else that might be handy.
This is an example of an e-mail I would like
Hello <persons name>
"Welcome to <company's name>! Here is a guide to get you
started with the company. It is recomended you keep this
e-mail for future reference. ...." So on and so on.
I hope that's clear.
Thanks for any help.
Btw, I don't want to give out my e-mail address in here as
spammers operate here.
