Auto Num field

Does anyone know if there is a way to run two seperate
Auto Num fields within a document.

For instance, I need one AutoNum for Tables and a separate
one for Figures.

Therefore the numbering would needs to be like this...

Table 1 -
Table 2 -
Figure 1 -
Table 3 -
Figure 2 -

etc...

Two easy ways to do this --

1. Define styles that each use their own selection from the Numbering
gallery. You can have the words 'Table' and 'Figure' automatically included
in the numering.

2. Use SEQ fields.
