Auto Number in a Custom Post Form

I'd like to use a sequential auto generated number in one of my Public
Folder Post forms. Is there a VBA script available for that or do I need to
link to an Access db to generate an auto number? If so, how?

If you need a sequential number, not just a unique number, here are some methods you can use:

1) Use an autonumber table in SQL Server or Microsoft Access. (In my book, Listing 23.7 with Listing 23.4 or 23.3 to open the database) You can download the sample code from http://www.outlookcode.com/member/book.aspx
