Auto Open Macro?

Hi, I've posted this a couple times but it doesn't seem
to be getting addressed. I need a menu I've created
which links up to several macros, to be attached to the
template. I want to be able to distribute my template to
the team, and let them have the menu attached (and
already there). I created the menu, ctrl dragged it to a
toolbar. However, if you open the template, the menu is
greyed out, or doesn't work at all.

Is there an autoexec on open type macro that will install
the menu? What am I doing wrong? Please advise,

Set up the menu and associated macros in your template, then have your users
install that template as an add-in.
