auto Page break when field contents change?

We are using a large excel spreadsheet with several
columns of sorted data. I currently have to manually place
page breaks between pages when a column of sorted data
changes from one record to the next

1.) I would like Excel to auto-insert a page break when
the field contents changes in a specific column.

2.) I would like each page break to start on a new
physical page. - ie we are using a duplex printer and page
breaks are currently auto-placed on the following paper.
How do I get Excel to print on a seperate piece of paper
for a page break rather than on the back of the current
page?
