Auto paper size with set margins

We should be able to set the margins even when paper size is set to "auto".
Presently ON hides the margin settings when pages are set to "auto". I
thought by changing the page size to "letter" and setting the new margins
that they would stay when I returned back to "auto", but they didn't.

In addition, on pages I've set to letter-size with custom margins, headers
print flush with the left edge of the page. At least with the "auto" setting
the header conformed to a left margin of sorts.

The page footer always prints flush with the bottom of the page, which my
printer can't print.
