I have several Word (2003 version) documents that I have already create
using fill in forms. I would like to set it up so that when a field i
filled in, it will populate to other Word documents in certain fields.
For example, if I type a person's name in one document, I would like i
to appear in other documents where their name has to appear withou
having to type it on every form. These are admissions documents for
nursing home and there are MULTIPLE forms that are very time consuming.
Any suggestions
