auto publish with PDS

I use PDS to assgn new task in project server 2003. When I add the
task with the function ProjectAssgnmentsCreate the task is visible if
I use project application and project web but if I use the PDS
AssignmentsGet the task is not returned. If set the <AutoPublish> to 1
in the ProjectAssignmentsCreate but it not work. I also try with the
PDS ProjectViewTablesCreate after having check out modify and check in
the project but it not work also. Is there anyone who have idea ? Is
there another function should I call to publish the assignments ? Is
there any settings in the project server for my assignments being
publish automatically ?
