Hi I am using O2003. Another user reported this problem and I am trying to
get to the bottom of it. Any suggestions appreciated
The situation is
.... they create a meeting request (normally) and click on Send. If they they
open the item in their calendar and click on the Tracking tab some entries
will have a response (Declined, Accepted, Tentatively Accepted) even though
the person has not responded (in fact they probably haven't received the
email invitation at that point either!) We tested it a couple of times and
the auto response updates the tracking but no email is received by the
meeting organiser to indicate an actual acceptance or decline - it just auto
populates with a response. Has anyone else encountered this situation?
