Auto receipt for some, not all contacts?

Can I have Outlook 2000 automatically request a read receipt for e-mail
messages that I send to certain, specified recipients? I know I can set it
to request a receipt for ALL messages; I just want to set it for specific
recipients.

(e-mail address removed)
