auto recovery postponed

I keep getting this message:

auto recovery file is postponed for issues 2008

or auto recovery is postponed for normal issues

Why?

Wild guess--try Repairing Permissions in the OS (See Disk Utility).

Is that really the entire exact text of the error message that you get?
How often do you get the message?
