Hi All,

Our office had a Small Business Server 2003 and all user use MS Outlook 2003
connect to Exchange Server.
I had setup a Out of office assistant at MS Outlook 2003. It can auto reply
the message when receive the email from internal user/domain user, but it
doesn't
work when receive outside email.
Another question, I only receive the first Out of office assistant auto
reply email at the internal user. It can't receive the second auto reply
email. Is it had some problem?

Thanks a lot.

by default the OOF are not sent to internet addresses. Ask the admin to
enable it for all addresses.

OOF only go to the first message sent by someone and received in a session -
this is to avoid flooding them with messages (they know you are out after
the first and know when you'll be back if you added it to the oof as most
do). If you restart outlook, it begins a new session.
