Auto Reply In HTML To Emails (Outlook)

Hello,

Just started to use Outlook (xp/2002) instead of OE.

The main problem im having is setting outlook to reply in HTML as default,
therefore overriding any other settings i have.

I need to send mail as HTML, but when i reply to someone who sent a plain
text email it refuses to AUTO REPLY in HTML.

Is there an add-in out there, or have i overlooked some settings?
