I want to setup an auto-reply public mail folder.
the problem is i have exchange 2003 and outlook 2007
the folder is created and mail enabled. a admin user A who has the same
rights as admin user B
user A has outlook 2007
Outlook 2007 client, and find the public folder.
I open up the Properties.
I go to Administration, then Folder Assistant.
I add a new rule.
The rule runs the "reply with" option, and applies a template.
I edit the template to say "reply worked" and save the template.
I try to save the rule and get "Changes to the rule cannot be saved".
user B has outlook 2003
does the same as above and the rule is created
both have the owner permissions etc
both are set up to have send as rights
any one have any ideas or is it because of using an 2007 client with 2003
exchange
