I am trying to set up a rule in Outlook that allows me to send an auto-reply
to a message, but only to people that I exclude (example: I need an auto
reply sent back to anyone that e-mails me that is not in the company
directory). I was playing (he he) with the rules wizard, but couldn’t
accomplish this.
I also tried the out of office assistant. With that, I can send one message
to people that are in the company directory, and another to people that
aren’t, but the subject line says “Out of office auto replyâ€. I can’t have
this sent to people within the company, or it will look like I am not in the
office (I may be Farking, but I am still technically in the office).
Anyone good with Outlook that can help me? Thanks in advance.
