Auto reply with a script generating the reply body

Hi

When I saw that you can automatically run a script in the filters menu
for received mail, I was sure this could be done:

Have an automatically generated reply to an email sent with a specific
email subject. The reply text (body) would be generated via script
(such as the results of a recordset).

This way someone could send an email to me with special encoding in
the subject that would produce a report which would be sent back to
them as a reply to the email.

I can create the script for generating the text-based report ... just
need to figure out how to read from the subject line, and then put the
resulting report in the body of the reply.

Any suggestions?
