Auto resizing of fields in Form Design?

This is driving me nuts, I know it must be something simple! Have upgraded
to Access 2007

When designing a form, used to be able to resize/move fields to different
parts of the form with no problem. With 2007, when I move a field, the other
fields adjust in size (ie I was trying to move a field down a little to
insert another field between them and the field above compensated by
expanding)

How do I turn this feature off and what is the actual name of what it is
doing?
