Auto response more than one time

Is there a way to set a rule in Outlook, using OutlookXP,
that will send an auto response for each email received.
It only sends out the auto response once per email address
of the sender. Need it to go out for every email received.

That is set at the Exchange Server and you will have a tough time getting
the admin to change it since it causes loops of never ending Out of Office
notifications.
