AUTO SAVE ERRORS IN WORD

AUTO SAVE IS SET FOR 10 MINUTE SAVES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION-IN WORD, THE SAVES
ARE OCCURRING ABOUT EVERY 15 SECONDS, AND I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO STOP
THIS PROBLEM-EXCEL OPERATES NORMALLY, THE ISSUE IS LIMITIED TO WORD. ANY HELP
WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Hi Derry,

Please don't SHOUT! I'm getting on a bit but can still hear :)

Word doesn't have an AutoSave facility. Do you have some sort of AddIn for
this, or are you referring to "Save AutoRecovery Information" option? If the
former, what is the AddIn? If the latter, what makes you say the saves are
occurring so frequently?
