Auto save of email addresses

We periodically send 'blast' emails to our customers regarding information
they may need from us. When I do this the contacts are automatically saved
'somewhere'. When I need to send an email and I type in just the first
letter(s) I get all these addresses that are not pertinent to me anymore.
How can I delete them?

select the address with the arrow key and delete or delete the nk2 file to
dump all at once (including addresses you may want to keep).
