My wheel mouse used to scroll the code window up and down, but ever since I
got a new mouse it no longer works. I tried the fix recommended in KB
article 837910, "Mouse wheel events do not work in the Visual Basic 6.0
IDE". This consists of downloading the VB6MouseWheel.EXE package, and then
regsvr32'ing VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll. When I did the latter it gave me
some message like "successfully completed". But the Add-In Manager in
Visual Basic does not see the add-in.
I am using XP SP2 Home, Office Pro 2002 with Access 2002 SP3 and Visual
Basic 6.3.
What might I be doing wrong? Also, if I buy the latest version of MS
Office, would Access code then see the mouse wheel?
Thanks for your help.
