Auto Send/Receive not working

I have Outlook 2007 and it primary account is a Exchange account then I have
many pop accounts after that. The exchange account is configured to use RPC
over HTTP. The Exchange account auto sends and receives just fine. My pop
account will send and receive as well if I hit the Send/Receive button, but
they do not auto Send/Receive. When I go into the configure for Send/Receive
all my pop accounts are set to Send/Receive every 5 minutes. They do work
unless I press the button.

Set your send./receive interval to a longer period like 15 minutes.
