Auto Send/Receive Option in Outlook 2003

I don't know if this question has been asked here before.

I would like to know is there a way to automatically have email to be
downloaded from your ISP and Hotmail when you start Outlook 2003. I had it
before and that was before September to November 2005 before my computer
crashed on me. I like having my email to be downloaded when I start up
Outlook 2003.

Just configure an automatic Send/Receive interval for your account in Tools
