Auto sequence numbering when word Form is opened

I would like to create a field that will automatically assign a number in
sequence every times this word form is opened.

Greg,
I did that one already, but it did not change the number when I opened the
file, unless I have to go to Macro and run the script.

How can I make this auto-run when the file is opened or printed.
