auto size embedded excel

I have an embedded excel spreadsheet in PowerPoint (Office 2007). I am
trying to resize the area of the spreadsheet to display more columns; however
Office automatically resizes to display the same columns only bigger. Is
there an auto size or auto fit feature enabled that I simply need to turn
off? Thanks for your help!

Hi Taz,

I am not sure if there is any Auto Fit feature but you can definetly resize
the object like excel or word doc. Just right click the object and click
Format object. It offers various features that can be changed like Size,
Aspect ratio etc...
