Auto size pages to reader's browser

I have Frontpage 2002 and I want to create a site so that all web pages when
visited will automatically be adjusted acording to the reader's browser
settings. I believe there is an auto size feature which needs to be clicked,
but I cannot find it. Help. What do I do.

You create the page inside of a table with the width set to 100%.
However doing this can cause the text and images to move around at different sizes.
