Auto Sizing Charts/Tables

Hey Everyone,
Is there a way to make a very generic chart, or table, that adds and deletes
rows as necessary?

I'm calculating the return on investment for my shop, and changing a few
pennies per unit changes the ROI from 9 years to 7, 6, etc...

The data is presented on Sheet 1 in a nice, simple chart, but I need it to
add and delete rows of data as the time it takes to break even changes from 7
to 9, or 10 years.

Thanks for the Help,

Kyle P.

Kyle, you seem to need a Pivot Table and Chart.

Take a look at:-

http://www.pierrefondes.com/

Item Number 98.

If you pull this up on the screen in front of you you can flip information
into and out of the chart by, in this example, toggling the Row Labels
switch. This seems to give you the type of flexibility you need.

If my comments have helped please hit Yes.

Thanks.

Convert the range with the data into a List (Excel 2003) or a Table
(Excel 2007): select the range and press Ctrl+L. The list/table will
fill formulas to the next row if you add a row, and any
formulas--including chart SERIES formulas--linked to a column in the
list/table will update the links as the column grows or shrinks.
