Auto Synchronisation of WSS Users

Hi,
Is there any way to set up auto synchronisation of all WSS sites.
We have a very dynamic organisation and manually synchronising 60 WSS sites
twice a week is time consuming, if this can be automated for twice a week,
that would be brilliant. Can somethinng like this be done?
