Auto Text and Backwards compatability

Hello,

I have created a template with a custom toolbar (populated with Auto Text
buttons) in Word 2003 on an XP machine. It works great in Word 2003. It
works great on my XP machine. But when other users (using various machines
running various Windows versions and using various older versions of Word)
try to use the template, none of the Auto Text buttons work. Has anyone else
experienced this problem? If so, what have you done to work around the
problem? Please help!!

Chances are good that you've saved your toolbar and your AutoText in
