Auto Text - can't see this message - is it being diverted?

This is the 3rd time I've sent this message but it doesn't appear on the
group; if it's not the right place and it's being moved please could you
tell me which group to look on?

Message is: I find it a bind when Word always enters a space when I press
Enter to complete an Auto text entry.

Some words I want to make plural but I have to then backspace and enter the
's'.

Is there a way to stop Word doing this?

Don't hit enter. Hit the SPACE BAR as you normally do. using ENTER gives
you a new paragraph and cannot be changed.

Why would you want to put a space in a plural word? Dogs, cats, animals
have no spaces. Even with possessive case The 'Dog's tail' or the 'Cat's
whiskers' have no spaces.
