auto text disappears

I have spent alot of time entering my own auto text entries into word. They
have been working well on all the computers in our network at work for the
last couple of weeks. However I came back from a weeks holiday and they have
disappeared. Why???

What template did you store the AutoText entries in to make them available to
"all the computers in [your] network at work"?
