The segregated text for the Drop down titles has disappeared. It only appears
in the autotext list. how can i realocated it?

AutoText entries are "segregated" by style. Are your entries saved in
specific styles?

How can I tell if the entry list is saved in a specific style? This is the
list that was present with the software.

Have you saved a document in or as Normal.dot? That is the usual reason for
problems with AutoText entries. Note also that if your insertion point is in
a paragraph of a style that has specific AutoText entries (such as Header or
Footer), you'll see only the entries for that style, not all the entries.
