Auto Text Menu

I am trying to use the Auto Test Menu but, the side menu on each option will
not come up. Example, when you hover over the Attention choice nothing
appears on the side of it. Does anyone know how to get this back? I have
Word 2003. If you need anymore information please let me know. Thanks in
advance for any help!!

The usual reason for this is that you have saved a document as Normal.dot.
