auto text problem

Im having a problem in word 2002 with auto text

I have it set up so that when I begin typing in a name it will fill in
their information. Unfortunately, now when I try to do so, it is
filling in the info from the wrong entry. Any ideas about why it
would be doing this, or how to fix it? help much appreciated

Do the entries begin with the same letters?

nope
