Auto Text Tip - Not Working

My auto text tips are not working...for example I have save the name Training
Center West...shouldnt I be able to simply type Training and it will pop up a
tip that says Training Center West and I hit enter to insert?

Please help - but I am not very technical and need a basic answer.

Assuming that AutoComplete is enabled, each AutoText entry must have a
unique name at least four characters long. If the first four characters are
not unique, you will need to type more until what you have typed is unique.
But you shouldn't have to type "Training" to get "Training Center West."
Instead, name your AutoText entry something like "trcw." This will be unique
and much quicker.
