auto text

We recently got new XP machines with Microsoft Word Professional. In
a prior version of Word, I had developed Auto Text for my users. I
migrated all my work to my new machine and need to know how to get
that Auto Text back (if possible).
Also, I had designed a mail merge for creating labels and need that
also. Are these things hidden somewhere where I can find them? I had
a form where the user typed in data, them merged for labels. This
data changed all the time as new labels were needed.
