Auto update a subform

I am using a form to enter data into table "cartons taken" by multiple
users, once the data is entered I have macro running under "before update" to
set the time and date in the time and date feilds in the "cartons taken". I
am showing the data entered through a subform in the "cartons taken" form. I
can get the subform to update after I close and re-opening or by selecting
the '!" from the tool bar to re-query. What I would like to do is have this
re-query after every entry or at least every couple of minutes, so that the
end users can see and edit ther entries if needed.
