auto update hyperlink field

I enter a link to a word documents for each record in a table using the
hyperlink field type in a Form.

i.e.

Reference Link1
00001 ..\Documents\00001.doc

after I have entered the link I want to automatically update another
hyperlink field [Link2], I want it to be linked to the same document as
[Link1] but I want to substitute the start ".." for "\\192.168.0.1" - any
ideas how this can be done automatically?
