Auto update lost all existing email files?

MS auto-update "updated" my computer to Outlook 2003 last night. Now all my
saved emails and the address book are gone. How can I recover them?

Autoupdate doesn't installl/update to a new version of office products. If
you didn't have Outlook 2003 purchased and installed, it's not going to give
it to you free.
