Auto - Update of text boxes with page numbers problem

I have a flow that I maintain that has hundreds of off page
references. Along with each reference is a text box describing where
it goes to and the page number it is on.

Is there a way I could 'link' these text boxes to their destination in
a way that would automatically keep the page number and information
displayed within the processes text box?

If I could do this, it would save countless hours when the flow is
rearranged or new content is added.
