I have a sub form were I add a date for employees who have been trained in a
task (the task is based on what position they hold). At times I need to
update a number of dates as the same task is essential for different
positions (particularly when a person is assigned 2 + positions). Can I have
the task if in more than one position for an employee automatically update
after I enter the date in one record.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
